TJPC has instituted a standard practice of soliciting customer satisfaction input as an integral part of the agency’s ongoing operations. Focus groups, regional meetings with local governmental stakeholders, as well as ongoing dialogue with elected officials and their representatives are conducted as vital components of the agency’s customer response system.
