Description

This report is a three-year follow-up recidivism study that tracks rearrests for the FY2005 offender cohort. A total of 2,292 offender assessments were compiled from the State of Hawaii's Probation Services and the Hawaii Paroling Authority. This statewide study documents ICIS progress in reducing adult criminal offender recidivism by 30% over a ten-year period (1999-2008).
