Description
This article discusses preliminary results of a study assessing the impact on Alaska of participation in the Interstate Compact for Probation and Parole, which provides that a participating state accept supervision of parolees and probationers from other states if the offender is a resident of the state or lives with family members who are residents and if the offender is able to find employment.
