Human Trafficking in Minnesota
Group: Minnesota Department of Public Safety Office of Justice Programs
This statute requires a study of the extent and type of trafficking occurring in Minnesota. As stated earlier, there is no systematic or centralized way to count victims of human trafficking. Therefore, to meet the obligations imposed by legislation, online surveys were completed by service providers and law enforcement officers across the state.
