Recognizing the need for reliable data with which to determine the public’s perceptions of the performance of APD, the Justice Center at the University of Alaska Anchorage dedicated an entire section of its Anchorage Community Survey, 2005 to empirically measuring residents’ evaluation of APD’s performance.
