Group: Missouri Department of Public Safety
The Revised Missouri Court Performance Standards for the Administration of Juvenile Justice (September 2004) were developed for use by Missouri juvenile courts and juvenile justice professionals. These standards are premised on the notion that court performance should be driven by core values of equality, integrity, fairness, and justice. The standards offer a common framework for understanding and assessing the work of juvenile and family courts and enhancing performance.
