In a letter dated April 15, 2014, the leadership and several members of the Colorado General Assembly asked the Colorado Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice (CCJJ) to conduct a comprehensive review of cyberbullying to include the use of interactive computers, cellular services, and social media by youth to bully, harass, or threaten minor victims. The request asked that the Commission to report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by December 1, 2014.
