Adult Household Telephone Survey
Group: South Carolina Department of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services
This study consisted of a telephone survey of 10,000 adults living in households in South Carolina. The purpose and content of the survey were similar to those of the Survey of School-Aged Youth and the Survey of the Medicaid-Eligible Population. In addition, it was hoped that the large sample size would allow a determination of the extent of treatment need by level of care for the adult household population of the state.
